  • How do I add new Questions & Answers?
    To add a new FAQ, follow these steps: Click on the "Manage FAQ" button. Then, in your site dashboard, click on "Add" and select the "Question & Answer" option. Each new question & answer should be assigned to a category. Save and publish them. You can edit, rearrange and select different categories of your FAQ at any time.
  • Can I add images, videos or GIFs to my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media, follow these steps: Go to app settings. Click on "Manage FAQ". Create or select a question to add media to. When editing your answer, click the image, video, or GIF icon. Add media from your library and save this.
  • How do I remove the "FAQ" title?
    You can manage the title in the app's Settings tab. If you don't want to show the title, simply deactivate the title under "Show info".
  • Is there a minimum number of participants?
    No, there is no minimum number of participants. The tours advertised by me all have a performance guarantee.
  • Will there be additional costs for me?
    If additional costs arise, these are mentioned in the tour description. Entrance fees, e.g. in the castles, are always to be paid separately at the cash desk.
  • Are dogs allowed on the tour?
    Yes, dogs are welcome on the tours. In exceptional cases, however, it can be asked, for example when going to church, that the dog has to stay outside. Dogs are not permitted when visiting the castles or museums.
  • When is the payment for the tour?
    As soon as my guests have received a booking confirmation, payment must be made in full by bank transfer.
  • How long are the tours?
    The duration of a guided tour is specified in the advertisement. Usually my tours last 90-120 minutes.
  • Where do the tours end?
    Where the tour ends is stated in the advertisement. For the most part, the tour ends where it began.
  • Can film and photo recordings be made during the tour?
    You may take indoor and outdoor photos for private purposes. Please note that no flash or tripod may be used for indoor photos. In the case of commercial use, you must obtain prior permission. Please note that no participants are photographed from the front during the tour.
  • Does your tour also take place when it rains?
    Yes, my tours are guaranteed to run. When conducting the tours, I focus on the well-being of my guests as much as possible when choosing the locations and the sights visited.
  • I can't log in via your booking system! What can I do to take part in a guided tour?

  • What are the cancellation fees?
    In the case of individual bookings, my guests can cancel free of charge at any time, without giving reasons, up to 24 hours before the start of the tour. Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour will be charged the participation fee. Please send me an e-mail for this. Cancellations of group bookings are subject to a different provision. You received information about this with the booking confirmation and a reference to the general terms and conditions.
